Graeagle Hydroelectric Project
The Graeagle Project has produced environmentally sensitive power
since 1981. This 450 kW project operates under FERC exemption
in Plumas County, California at the 5,000 ft. elevation
Salmon Creek Hydroelectric Project
The Salmon Creek project has produced 540 kW of power since
1985. Operating under FERC exemption this unique project
produces power in harmony with the extensive recreational use of the
Lakes Basin in Sierra County, California.
Tunnel Hill Hydro LLC
The company owns and operates two projects located on the
irrigation system of the Georgetown Divide PUD. The Buckeye site is
a 375kW project utilizing a cross flow turbine with 250 ft of gross
head. The site went into operation in 2008.
The Tunnel site is a 585kW project utilizing a twin jet Turgo turbine
with 250 ft of gross head. The site went into operation in 2009.
Cottonwood Canyon Hydroelectric Project
Henwood's affiliate, White Mountain Power LLC acquired this project
in 2005. Utilizing 1600 ft of head the project produces 750 kW of
power in Mono County, California
